I’ve always been fascinated by the connection between body and mind, and I’ve learned the most from listening to and working alongside my
patients. Over the years, I’ve seen how life with a neurological condition can be full of uncertainty, and I wanted to create a space
where people could feel heard, understood, and supported with care that truly fits them. That’s why I founded Grow Neuro – to offer
personalised, evidence-based neuropsychology that meets people where they are.
I’ve worked in clinical neuropsychology and mental health in the NHS for over fifteen years, including at The Walton Centre (a specialist neurology and neurosurgery hospital), University College London, and King’s College London. Alongside my clinical work, I’ve published research, lectured at universities across the UK, and stayed curious about how we can bring the best of science into everyday care.
I often work with people who have felt stuck or had difficult journeys with their health. My special interests include epilepsy, functional neurological disorder, and EMDR therapy. No matter the starting point, I aim to make complex neuropsychological ideas clear and relevant, so people leave feeling informed, understood, and more confident about what’s ahead.
